- Mix coconut, coconut cream (don’t shake the can because you’ll want to keep the cream and water separate since we’re using the creamy part only) and honey until mixture can be molded into bars.
- Refrigerate coconut bars until firm.
- Melt chocolate using a hot water bath.
- Use a fork to dip coconut bars into melted chocolate until fully coated
- Put them on wax or parchment paper and leave them to harden at room temperature or in the fridge if it’s too hot.
Notes
- They will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
