  • 1/2 small head white cabbage, sliced

  • 1/2 small head red cabbage, sliced

  • Dressing
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 -2 cloves garlic minced (optional)

  • 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce 

  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil 

  • Garnish
  • Fresh coriander, chopped

  • Black sesame seeds

  • White sesame seeds

  • Green onion, chopped finely

Directions
